  • Negotiating on contracts ( negotiating on lease conditions, compartments, itemization of work in line with store development standards).
  • Coordination and support in enhancing existing stores and ensuring smooth store operations
  • Reporting to Global Headquarters to promote existing store operations and new store openings on a global level
  • Create and execute store development strategies/plans in line with the business strategies/plans.
  • Implement store openings based store development standards and develop and sustain highly profitable store network.
  • Share FR business growth potential and vision to developers and landlords in order to sustain good relationship leading to future store development opportunities.
  • Gather information of store development and searching for properties (considering optimum location of stores, practicing sales activities towards developers and landlords, making decisions on opening stores or not).
  • Promoting the opening of the stores and handing over to the sales department (negotiating on the dates of handover and store openings, managing the whole process)

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree
  • At least 7 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): negotiating skills, communication skills, public relation skills
  • Preferably Manager specialized in Business Development or equivalent.
  • Passionate about Uniqlo brand and has high goal orientation
