JOB SUMMARY

  • The Lease Administration Manager oversees the daily operations and workflows of the Good Stays Department, ensuring administrative tasks are completed efficiently and aligned with LAD's KPIs. The role also supports backroom processes for new leasing products and services as needed. Additionally, the manager handles the company's lease portfolio—from negotiation to termination—and ensures full collection of commissions due to Good Stays, maintaining operational and financial accuracy.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Provides administrative support to the department, such as but not limited to the following:

  • Ensures all lease contracts are properly documented, monitored, and accounted for.
  • Informs unit owners of lease agreements and commissions due.
  • Assists in negotiating new lease agreements and preparing, reviewing, and processing legal documents.
  • Monitors key lease dates (expirations, renewals, escalations, terminations) to ensure timely action.
  • Maintains organized and up-to-date physical and electronic lease files and databases.
  • Oversees credit review and analysis of potential clients, lease documentation, and rental collection.
  • Coordinates with other departments to support operational efficiency.
  • Resolves credit concerns and endorses cases to management when necessary.
  • Ensures billing, collection, and departmental KPIs are consistently met.
  • Prepares and submits reports as required.
  • Defines roles and accountabilities, and selects qualified talent for the department.
  • Provides job orientation, coaching, and identifies training needs for staff development.
  • Monitors and evaluates employee performance, recommending appropriate actions.
  • Develops and implements annual plans, budgets, policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Performs other related functions and tasks assigned by higher management.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Preferably Finance/Accountancy Graduate or business admin, real estate or related field Preferably with at least 3 years' experience in the real estate industry, specifically in leasing.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word & Excel), Must Possess Analytical Skills and Detail- Oriented,

  • Ability to manage a high volume of leases and deadlines effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with tenants and internal teams
