JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Source suppliers and negotiate terms to secure the best possible deals
  • Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods/services
  • Evaluate and compare supplier quotes, products, and services
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory
  • Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong supplier relationships
  • Coordinate with other departments to forecast procurement needs
  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and relevant laws.
  • Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
  • Resolve any issues related to delivery delays, defective items, or payment disputes

QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in a purchasing or procurement role
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Knowledge of supply chain and inventory management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php17, Php19,000.00 per month
