Main Duties & Responsibilities


• Holds a Bachelor's Degree in any course;

• Preferably with 2-3 years of experience in construction industry (buying or sourcing);

• With broad knowledge in general construction materials;

• Negotiate the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, term, deliveries, and services with suppliers;

• Monitors and document incoming and outgoing materials and equipment;

• Conducts regular inventory of supplies and materials;

• Monitor and coordinate deliveries of items between suppliers to ensure all items are delivered on time;

• Maintain confidentiality of papers and documents of the business;

• Review and process billings, invoices and payments, verifying accuracy of expenses;

• Perform other relevant tasks that may be assigned from time to time;

• Candidate must be willing to work in General Trias, Cavite

• Can start immediately
