I. JOB SUMMARY

Assist the Technical Department in the registration of products and in fulfilling other function of the department.

CLIDP - Certificate of Listing of Identical Drug Products

LTO - License to Operate

AVP - Assistant Vice President

III. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Reports directly and under the supervision of Jr. Vet-Reg Supervisor and AVP-Technical

Affairs.

  1. Liaises with government agencies such as FDA and BAI.

  2. Assists in preparing and submission of documents for the initial/renewal of the company's

Licenses to Operate in BAI and FDA.

Assists in preparing and submission of documents for the initial/renewal of the company's

VBPR, CPR's, PCPR's and CLIDP's.

  1. Submits sample for analysis to testing centers.

  2. Assist in the lay-out and proof-reading of labelling materials to comply with BAI and FDA

  3. Liaises with Department of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Embassies for the authentication of

documents needed for export or registration of products abroad.

  1. Submits monthly production and importation reports to BAI.

  2. Assists in securing import permits for the importation of products/raw materials.

  3. Assists in coordinating with the Manufacturer's Regulatory, Quality Control, Research and

Development Department to acquire documents needed for the registration of products.

11 Assists in the follow up of labelling material from Art Department

  1. Organizes the files of the Vet Regulatory Department.

  2. Builds good relationship with regulatory agencies personnel for the facilitation of product

registrations and LTO renewals through presentation

  1. Do other tasks directed by the Jr. Vet-Reg Supervisor and AVP-Technical Affairs

IV. QUALIFICATION

  1. Graduate of any 4-year course.

  2. With strong personality and good interpersonal skills.

  3. Can work under pressure and works with minimum supervision.

  4. Computer Literate.
