Junior Process Analyst

A. Process Development

  • Submit idea on how to improve processes of the company.
  • Create process improvements for team's projects using either macro or systems.

B. Process Documentation

  • Create manual or guidelines of the released policies and procedures or systems.
  • Create Policies & Procedures of the related systems and processes.

C. Process Training

  • Collaborate and train on how to use the newly improved or developed process.
  • Embed Macro/s to the said system (example: Outlook and/or Excel)

D. Process Monitoring

  • Help resolve basic system issues of the team.

E. Other Administrative Tasks and Projects

  • Responsible for the maintenance of team's systems. Ensuring that all systems are working well and only those active accounts should have access.
  • Responsible for keeping filling organized (hard copies & soft copies)
  • Responsible for updating team's calendars and activities, and room and car reservations.
  • Responsible for monitoring the office supplies of the team.
  • Collaborate with all projects of the team from preparation to documentation.

Qualifications

- Graduate of Industrial Engineering

  • With knowledge in process workflow and charts

  • 1 - 3 year relevant working experience

  • Knowledgeable in using Microsoft Office
