Location: Ortigas, Pasig City (Hybrid Setup)
Schedule: Monday to Friday | Night Shift (8PM – 5AM)
Type: Full-Time

What You'll Do
As a Data Analyst, you'll be the brain behind the numbers—translating raw data into meaningful insights that guide marketing and business decisions. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to:

Analyze large datasets to uncover trends in customer behavior and campaign performance
Visualize insights through dashboards and reports using BI tools
Manage and maintain CRM databases for accuracy and segmentation
Research target accounts to support personalized marketing strategies
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and design teams to identify gaps and opportunities
Optimize campaigns based on data-driven recommendations
Mentor junior analysts and support their development

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 2+ years in marketing analytics or a data-focused role

• Strong analytical and statistical skills

• Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)

• Excellent communication skills for presenting insights to stakeholders

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Marketing, or related field

• Amenable to hybrid work (onsite twice a week)

• Flexible with APAC and US shifts

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) research

• Familiarity with marketing metrics and customer segmentation

• Leadership experience or mentoring junior team members

• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments

• Experience onboarding and training new analysts
