  • Creates conceptual and logical business solution design for BAU and Replicating business requirements
  • Support development, testing and documentation of Deepening and Broadening business requirements
  • Follow and improve delivery and operation support methodology
  • Ensures compliance to PLDT Group standards.
  • Can apply knowledge to the other IT Delivery Services: Application Management, Change Management, Portfolio Management , Risk Management and Incident and Problem Management.
  • Ensures that ERP systems remain robust, stable, and secure. Update relevant documentation pertaining to delivered ERP services.
  • Communicates updates to stakeholders.
  • Performs other duties of similar nature or level that may be assigned.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of any bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems / Technology, Engineering or a related study
  • Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience in one or more ERP Technical areas (ABAP / PI/PO)
  • Project implementation and support experience
