Sales and Admin Assistant

We are looking for a versatile Sales & Admin professional to support our sales operations and administrative functions. This role combines administrative tasks, sales support, and compliance monitoring. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and flexible, with the ability to take on ad hoc tasks and occasional travel for client presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support:
- Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and client presentations
- Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and communications with clients
- Maintain sales records and track progress of sales activities
- Support the team with sales reports and analysis
Administrative Support:
- Handle general office administration, including documentation, filing, and record-keeping
- Prepare internal reports, memos, and correspondence
- Organize team schedules, events, and other ad hoc administrative tasks
- Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and clients
Compliance:
- Ensure government and regulatory requirements are met in all sales and administrative activities
- Demonstrate relevant experience with government and regulatory compliance requirements
- Monitor documentation to ensure compliance with company and legal standards
Other Responsibilities:
- Be open to travel for client presentations and site visits (all expenses reimbursed)
- Support special projects or tasks as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- Must reside in Quezon City (commutable distance to Brgy. Laging Handa, QC)
- Willing to work onsite full-time (Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
- Flexible, proactive, and highly organised
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in sales support, administration, or compliance is a plus
- Minimum of 1 year work experience in sales support, administration, or compliance
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required if with proven experience
