Training Associate

Job Description

The Training Associate assists the Training Manager and collaborates with the entire Training Team on matters pertaining to the professional learning and development of Marketing and Sales Field employees and applicant-trainees.

The Training Associate primarily assists the Training Manager in doing the following key functions:

1. Conducts preparatory work for training, including the design of the training program, updating and dissemination of training materials and other marketing and sales collateral pertinent to training.

2. Coordinates with various offices on matters involving the learning and professional development of Marketing and Sales personnel.

3. Facilitates implementation, conduct and evaluation of training program and activities for Marketing and Field Sales Personnel and applicant trainees.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

1. Graduate of any four-year paramedical courses, preferably a Registered Nurse or a Regsitered Pharmacist and has experience as a Medical Representative

2. PRC-licensed professional duly registered with PRC

3. Must be computer literate: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Powerpoint, etc. required in making reports and visual aids for Marketing Technical Services

4. Demonstrates high level of time management and coordination skills

5. Displays planning and organizing skills

6. Demonstrates high level of proficiency in establishing good interpersonal relationship with point persons from other departments/officers of the company.

7. Has strong writing and record organization skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
