Location: West Bicutan, Taguig

The Junior Staff Accountant will support the accounting team in processing purchase requests, managing accounts payable, and ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions. This role requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to take ownership of assigned US markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Process purchase requests in a timely and accurate manner through the A/P Portal and Intelocate system. Process Accounts Payable (A/P) payments in accordance with company policies and deadlines. Take ownership of the assigned market by ensuring all accounting activities are completed accurately and on time. Support the US accounting team with other related tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Basic knowledge of US GAAP and accounts payable processes.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with accounting systems such as Xero, Quickbooks, Sage Intacct.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
  • Personality/Soft Skills: Great attention to detail; independent worker; takes initiative; punctual/meets deadlines.
