Full Stack Developer (AI & Automations)

We're looking for a proactive and skilled Full Stack Developer to support an AI consulting company with the delivery of client automation, AI, and software projects. You'll join a team of non-technical founders as the technical expert, taking ownership of feasibility reviews, solution design, and high-quality implementation. If you enjoy solving business problems with clean code, scalable automations, and well-structured systems, we'd love to hear from you.

Hours: 20 hours/weekTime Zone: ACDT — 12 PM to 4 PM, Monday to FridayStart Date: ASAPMonthly Salary: $700 - $900 (negotiable, depending on experience)
 

What You'll Do

Review proposed builds for businesses that have been auditedAssess the feasibility of each proposed solution and provide a scope on the estimated effort, timeline, and requirements.Build approved solutions such as:
 AI chatbots and custom AI agentsCRM data sync and migration toolsInternal dashboards and automation utilities
 Implement automations using , n8n, or ZapierWrite clean, efficient, and maintainable code across the chosen tech stackAsk clarifying questions early to avoid misalignmentProvide structured updates and communicate blockers quickly
 

Skills & Experience

Must-Haves

3+ years of professional coding experienceStrong front-end and back-end development experienceAbility to extend no-code tools with code when limitations ariseProficiency with no-code automation tools, such as , n8n or ZapierExperience building automation workflows, APIs, and custom integrationsOwnership mindset and ability to work independentlyStrong communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to translate technical explanations for non-technical founders

Preferred Tech Stack

Frontend: , React, and TypeScriptBackend: .NET / C# / ASP.NET Core, (used for certain client projects)
