Company Description

Nova Tech Solutions is looking for a creative and experienced Full Stack Developer to shape the user interfaces and experiences of our software products. In this role, you will design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for Nova Tech Solutions' projects, including Nova Care's EVV system and various web and mobile applications developed for the company and its affiliated organizations. Your designs will play a crucial role in ensuring our software is easy to use and visually appealing. This position will start as remote work and later transition to on-site. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 8 years' experience as a Client Care Manager working with a cross functional team, a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, and at least one certification or formal training HIPAA or related trainings for Customer Care will be considered.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Back End Developer located in Metro Manila with some work-from-home options. The Full Stack Developer will be responsible for the following entities:


• Design, develop, test, and maintain responsive, user-friendly, and scalable web applications.


• Collaborate with the project manager and designer to ensure timely development, testing, and deployment of projects.


• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices.


• Convert UI/UX wireframes and mockups into fully functional, interactive web pages and components.


• Develop and maintain server-side logic, APIs, and database integrations.


• Ensure cross-browser compatibility, mobile responsiveness, and adherence to security standards.


• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize both front-end and back-end performance issues.


• Prepare documentation and facilitate knowledge transfer upon project completion.

Qualifications and Requirements

Education & Experience


• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory with proven experience).


• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer handling both front-end and back-end development.


• Previous experience in project-based or freelance web development is an advantage.

Technical Skills


• Strong proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.


• Experience with back-end development using languages such as PHP, Python, or


• Familiarity with databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.


• Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).


• Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow, Framer, Relume) is an advantage.


• Understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and web security principles.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills for both remote and on-site work.

• Experience in contractual or project-based work is an advantage.


• Amenable to work in a hybrid setup.
