How you'll make an impact:

As our Full-Stack Developer for a fast-growing AI agency, you'll design, build, and deploy AI-powered sales automation systems for client projects. These solutions may include intelligent web applications, APIs, and voice agents that can engage in outbound calls, qualify leads, schedule appointments, log call data, and manage entire sales pipelines.

You'll work directly with the founder to transform complex project requirements into robust, production-ready systems whether through custom full-stack development or using modern no-code/low-code tools like , , and ElevenLabs. Your work will span from building custom CRM dashboards and AI orchestration backends to creating conversational AI flows, integrating voice APIs, and automating workflows that connect seamlessly with CRMs, Google Sheets, and other business systems.

Role Overview:

We're looking for a resourceful, tech-savvy builder who thrives at the intersection of traditional software engineering and modern AI automation. You should be comfortable designing and developing end-to-end applications, integrating APIs, and orchestrating AI tools into smooth, scalable systems. Whether writing code or leveraging automation platforms, you'll be the technical engine powering our clients' sales success.

Core Responsibilities

Full-Stack Application Development

• Build responsive web applications using modern frameworks (React, , or Angular)
• Develop robust backend APIs and microservices , Python, or similar)
• Design and implement database schemas for sales data, call logs, and user management
• Create intuitive dashboards for call analytics, lead management, and system monitoring

AI Integration & Voice Agent Development

• Integrate AI voice platforms , ElevenLabs, OpenAI APIs) into custom applications
• Build conversational AI workflows for cold calling, lead qualification, and appointment scheduling
• Develop custom middleware to connect AI agents with business logic and data systems
• Implement real-time call monitoring and AI agent performance optimization

Systems Automation & API Integration

• Connect AI agents with CRMs, scheduling apps, and data storage tools

• Build custom integrations with CRMs, scheduling platforms ), and communication tools
• Develop RESTful APIs and webhooks for seamless third-party connectivity

• Automate repetitive sales and follow-up processes 

• Integrate Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Docs, Gmail, Calendar) into workflows 

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-stack web development experience with modern frameworks and technologies
• 2+ years working with AI/ML APIs and implementing AI features in production applications
• 6+ months of hands-on experience with conversational AI or voice agent platforms
• Experience with AI/ML tools: OpenAI APIs, voice synthesis platforms, or similar AI services
• API integration expertise: REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party service integration
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to architect scalable solutions
• Excellent English communication for client interaction and technical documentation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with sales automation or CRM system development

• Background in AI/ML model training or fine-tuning

• Previous startup or agency experience with rapid development cycles
• Knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) implementations

Schedule & Location Setup

Location: Fully Remote 

Schedule: 3pm-12am Manila Schedule

Work Days: Monday to Friday 

*Overtime + Weekend Work occasionally needed. 

Supervisory Contract: Not subject to Holiday Premium, Night Shift Differential, OverTime
