About the role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Officer to join our dynamic team at our sister company "MAZWIN" in Marikina City, Metro Manila. As a full-time Finance Officer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health and stability of our organisation. Your primary focus will be on all aspects of financial accounting and reporting, ensuring accurate and timely financial information to support our business objectives.

What you'll be doing

  • Prepare and analyse financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments
  • Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate records of all financial transactions
  • Assist with the preparation of budgets and forecasts, and monitor financial performance against targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, laws, and regulations
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and procedures

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar finance or accounting role, preferably in the Accounting industry
  • Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, practices, and reporting standards
  • Proficient in the use of financial software and spreadsheet applications (e.g., Excel)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively
