Key Responsibilities:

Billing and Collection Monitoring

  • Prepare and issue invoices and progress billings based on project milestones and contracts.
  • Monitor collections from clients and follow up on outstanding receivables.
  • Maintain accurate records of payments received and accounts receivable status.

Budget Requisition and Monitoring

  • Assist project teams in preparing and consolidating budget requisitions.
  • Ensure requisitions are aligned with approved budgets and project timelines.
  • Track disbursements and expenses to prevent over-expenditure.

BIR Compliance

  • Prepare and file mandatory BIR returns (e.g., VAT, withholding taxes, income tax).
  • Ensure compliance with all tax regulations, including proper documentation and timely submission.
  • Assist in handling tax audits and liaising with BIR officers as needed.

Liquidation and Reimbursements

  • Review and process liquidations of cash advances and petty cash.
  • Ensure completeness and accuracy of supporting documents for liquidations.
  • Maintain a proper system for tracking unreconciled or outstanding liquidations.

Budgeting and Financial Reporting

  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and monthly forecasts.
  • Analyze financial data and prepare reports for management decision-making.
  • Support financial audits and ensure all records are accurate and updated.
