DATEM Inc. is looking for a seasoned and driven Project Manager to lead the successful execution of construction projects. This role demands a strategic thinker with deep expertise in project management and a solid track record in the construction industry. You'll be at the forefront of delivering high-impact projects that shape communities and elevate industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and Execute Projects

  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to drive seamless execution across all phases.

Manage Risks and Challenges

  • Proactively identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.

Monitor and Report Progress

  • Track milestones, analyze performance metrics, and provide regular updates to stakeholders for informed decision-making.

Ensure Compliance

  • Uphold all safety, legal, and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Mentor and Lead

  • Guide junior team members, fostering a culture of growth, accountability, and excellence.

Drive Continuous Improvement

  • Recommend process enhancements and contribute to the company's long-term success and innovation.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of project management experience in the construction sector
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical or a related field
  • Strong grasp of project management methodologies, tools, and industry best practices
  • Proven problem-solving and strategic decision-making abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse teams
  • Proficiency in project management software and data analysis tools
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification (preferred)
