About the role:
  • The Customer Care Strategy Coordinator is situated within the Quality Customer Care organisation. In this role he/she is in general responsible to coordinate from initial phase until delivery, projects assigned to him/her with main goal to equip current teams and customers with tools, processes and procedures to enable efficiency gain, specially through standardization. This role is expected to have interaction within the whole company, reaching agreements on WoW.
What you will do:
  • Coordinate project management of major projects enabling efficiency (IT, data accessibility, etc).
  • Identifying and carrying out process improvements related to Customer Care processes and customer experience (technical related), including discussing with stakeholders and final deployment.
  • Creation of documentation related to process improvement.
  • Coach and preparation of newcomers related to installation of new processes.
  • Additional duties as assigned
What you will need:
  • Technician/Bachelor/Master's degree in engineering or relevant field
  • Several years of experience in Semiconductors Process and Quality
  • Engineering.
  • In depth knowledge about semiconductor components, development and manufacturing process.
  • In depth knowledge about semiconductor quality standards in automotive and non-automotive domain.
  • Proven experience and skills with Data Management and Analysis tools
  • Good English spoken and written
  • Quality awareness
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Planning and organizational skills
  • Ability to balance interests of different stakeholders
  • Creativity and assertiveness
