About the role
We are seeking a motivated and organised Liaison Staff to join the team at Work Caliber Manning Solutions Corp' in Cabuyao City Laguna. This full-time position will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring efficient communication and coordination across various departments.
What you'll be doing
- Serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing excellent customer service and administrative support
- Coordinating and scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members
- Organising and maintaining electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring information is readily available and accessible
- Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed
- Providing general administrative support, such as handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Contributing to the implementation of office procedures and policies to improve efficiency and productivity
What we're looking for
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with people at all levels
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficient in the use of office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all work tasks
- Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and adjust to changing priorities
- Prior experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar liaison role is preferred
