As the Senior Events Manager, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of on-ground and hybrid events that embody the PUNX brand. You'll work closely with internal teams—Activations, Creatives, Studios, and Business Development—to turn ideas into immersive experiences. You'll also oversee event logistics, manage suppliers, and ensure seamless coordination from concept to post-event reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end event planning, execution, and post-event evaluation for client and internal events.
  • Develop event strategies that align with client objectives and PUNX's creative direction.
  • Supervise and guide the Activations and Events team to ensure high-quality output and timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, venues, and partners to ensure cost efficiency and smooth logistics.
  • Oversee event budgets, quotations, and financial compliance in coordination with the Finance team.
  • Collaborate with the Creative and Studios teams to ensure visual and experiential consistency across all event elements.
  • Manage client communication, approvals, and reporting for assigned events.
  • Ensure all safety, legal, and compliance requirements are met during event execution.
  • Provide mentorship and direction to junior event staff.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Events Management, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in event management, activations, or production (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for experiential trends and innovations.
  • Familiarity with AI, digital tools, and event technologies is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php60,000.00 per month
