What you'll be doing

  • Responding to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
  • Resolving customer issues and concerns promptly and efficiently
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  • Providing guidance and information to customers on our products and services
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Continuously learning and adapting to new technologies and industry best practices

What we're looking for

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service
  • A positive, friendly, and customer-centric attitude
  • Familiarity with FinTech products and services, or a willingness to learn
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English, with the ability to adapt communication styles as needed
  • Prior customer service experience, either in a call centre or a related field, is preferred but not required
