Job Summary

The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing all daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction, maintaining quality standards, and leading a motivated and professional team. The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of experience managing a fine dining restaurant and a proven ability to deliver premium guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and high-quality standards.
  • Lead and manage the front-of-house team, including servers, hosts, and supervisors.
  • Monitor dining room flow, guest satisfaction, and overall ambiance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service, sales, and profitability.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to maintain service excellence.
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and labor regulations.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fine dining restauranr

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Proven ability to handle high-volume, high-standard operations.

Knowledge of food and beverage operations, cost control, and inventory management.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
