What we're looking for

  • Active PHRN or USRN (Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required)
  • 2+ years bedside clinical experience
  • 1+ year BPO Team Lead experience in a healthcare account
  • Strong communication (CEFR B2 or equivalent) and stakeholder management
  • Amenable to onsite work in Ortigas or Taguig and immediate start
  • Nice to have experience in utilization review, prior authorization, case management, or healthcare operations leadership
  • Background in mentoring new hires and driving quality initiatives

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced PHRN Team Lead to oversee and support our clinical team in a BPO healthcare setting. This role is ideal for Registered Nurses with strong leadership experience and a passion for developing high-performing teams.

Qualifications:

  • Active PHRN license
  • Minimum 2 years Team Lead experience in a BPO setup
  • Strong communication, coaching, and performance management skills
  • Ability to work onsite in Manila
