  • Perform endo to end recruitment process- sourcing, screening, interview, deployment
  • Close monitoring of candidate's status
  • Conducts company orientation to newly hired employees
  • Prepare letters and other correspondence
  • Coordinates with retailer's department head, sales coordinators, cooperative and agency
  • Handles performance appraisal of employees
  • Will be expose to other facets of HR as progress
  • Assisting with the day-to-day efficient operation of the department

Job Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Psychology or equivalent.
  • At least 2-3 year(s) of extensive working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • With Strong recruitment exposure
  • With very good communication skills
  • With good judgment dealing with sensitive and confidential information
  • Must have good sense of responsibility and strong initiative
  • Highly organized and with an ability to work effectively
  • Keen to details and able to meet deadlines
  • With strong prioritization skills
  • Applicants must be willing to be assigned at MANDALUYONG CITY.
