We're Hiring: Sales Associate / Customer Service Relation / Client Management

Location: Makati City

Work Setup: On-site

Schedule: Morning Shift

A company based in Makati is looking for dynamic and service-oriented individuals to join its growing team. Open positions include Sales Associate, Customer Service Coordinator (CSC), and Client Management Officer, account manager. These roles play a key part in promoting healthcare services, managing client relationships, and delivering excellent customer service.

Budget Range:

  • Customer Service I Health Sales Associate: 19, ,000 (depends on years and experience)
  • Account Manager I Client Management Officer 40, ,000 (depends on years and experience)

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any business, healthcare, or allied medical-related course
  • With at least 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience in sales, customer service, or client/account management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
  • Willing to work onsite in Makati during morning shift hours

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell healthcare services and products to clients
  • Assist walk-in customers, handle inquiries, and coordinate schedules or appointments
  • Manage client accounts and ensure service satisfaction
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Must have experience in healthcare industry
