Role Summary
The B2B SPOC (Single Point of Contact) Manager will act as the primary liaison between the organization and its NGO partners, managing the full partnership lifecycle—from sourcing and onboarding to sustained engagement and relationship building. The role oversees the end-to-end operations of the program to ensure smooth execution, regulatory compliance, and meaningful impact delivery. A key objective is to strengthen the integration of digital solutions into NGO operations and position NGOs as strategic partners in expanding the program's reach and social impact.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Sourcing and Onboarding
- Identify, assess, and secure NGO partners aligned with program goals.
- Lead the onboarding process and ensure all activation requirements, documentation, and compliance standards are met.
- Develop and implement efficient systems for onboarding, documentation, and regulatory adherence.
Partner Management and Relationship Building
- Engage and collaborate with NGO leaders to maintain strong, long-term relationships.
- Provide continuous support to encourage adoption of the organization's digital tools and program initiatives.
- Establish the program as a strategic enabler for NGOs to broaden their reach and social impact.
Operations and Governance
- Manage backend operational workflows that uphold transparency, accountability, and efficiency.
- Address and resolve partner-related operational issues such as documentation concerns, account updates, or process clarifications.
- Implement reporting frameworks to ensure timely, complete, and transparent submission of impact results.
Program Insight and Development
- Co-lead insight-gathering efforts to understand partner needs, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance products, services, and program design based on partner behavior and engagement patterns.
Candidate Profile
- Manager-level experience
- Background in business management, brand management, sales, or partnerships
- Strong stakeholder management and operational leadership skills
- Experience or familiarity with the NGO sector and compliance requirements is an advantage
- Background in Account Management, Client Relations, or Brand Management
