We are looking for a skilled AppSheet Developer to design, develop, and maintain no-code business applications that streamline our operations. The role will focus on creating property management solutions, sales inventory trackers and reservation tools, as well as materials inventory systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of business workflows, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate operational requirements into efficient, user-friendly applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement applications using Google AppSheet to meet operational needs
  • Build and maintain a Property Management Solutions App for managing units, tenants, contracts, and maintenance requests.
  • Develop a Sales Inventory Tracker & Reservation Tool to monitor stock availability, track reservations, and generate reports.
  • Create a Materials Inventory System to manage procurement, stock levels, and usage tracking.
  • Work closely with various departments (Property Management, Sales, Purchasing, and Operations) to gather requirements and translate them into functional application features.
  • Integrate AppSheet applications with other tools such as Google Workspace, Google Sheets, and external APIs when needed.
  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve existing AppSheet applications to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction.
  • Train team members and end-users on newly developed applications and provide ongoing support.
  • Ensure applications comply with company data security, confidentiality, and process standards.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience developing applications with Google AppSheet or other no-code/low-code platforms.
  • Strong understanding of database structures, relational data, and Google Sheets/Excel.
  • Familiarity with property management workflows, sales tracking, or inventory management is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive, Forms) integrations.
  • Knowledge of automation tools (AppSheet Automation, Google Apps Script, Zapier, etc.).
  • Background in real estate, construction, or property management industries.
