The Qualifications We Seek

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or a related field
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools
• Solid understanding of sourcing processes, cost modeling, and supplier management principles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Self-motivated team player who can work independently and meet deadlines

Your Daily Tasks

• Support the Sourcing team with the calculation of supply chain costs, including freight, duties, overhead, and labor.
• Maintain and update the Global Sourcing Project and Financial Tracker, sharing updates weekly with the team.
• Conduct capacity analyses for contract manufacturing operations and report findings to leadership.
• Organize and track supplier contracts and ensure proper documentation and version control.
• Manage system maintenance related to tariff codes and duty impact of sourced products.
• Perform global spending analysis for all direct material expenses and present insights to the team.
• Track and manage tooling/assets at contract manufacturing sites.
• Create PowerPoint presentations for internal and leadership-level meetings.
• Handle written and verbal correspondence with external providers and internal colleagues to maintain alignment and transparency.
• Prepare miscellaneous reports, conduct analyses, and provide project management support as needed.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Provide committed timing on ad hoc analytical requests within 2 business days: 100% target
• Complete analytical analysis within committed timing: 90% target
• Monthly updates of the Sourcing Financial Tracker: 100% target
• Monthly updates of the PPC (Project Prioritization Committee) Capacity Report: 100% target
• Monthly updates of the Sourcing Commodity and Currency Report: 100% target
• Quarterly review and report generation for sourcing contracts within Contract Works: 100% target
• Annual spend report completion: 100% target
• Annual CMO capacity analysis and asset tracker update: 100% target
• Adherence to internal standards and policies: 100% target
