Job description:

To Improve warehouse inventory accuracy and efficiency of warehouse process through systematic audit of warehouse processes.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Daily Cycle Count of warehouse inventories.
  • Lead and conduct Monthly Wall to Wall warehouse inventory counts.
  • Reconciling physical stock counts with inventory records.
  • Analyze discrepancies and investigate root cause of variances (e.g., damaged goods, misplaced items, data entry errors) and resolving inventory variances.
  • Responsible for submitting accurate inventory reports to management.
  • Perform checking on warehouse process 1. Receiving 3. Return Good stocks 2. Dispatching 4. Warehouse Inventory Adjustment.
  • Identify inefficiencies or non-conformances in warehouse workflows and SOPs.
  • Coordinate and discuss with WH OIC/LL/ or WLM to address audit findings and implement corrective action.
  • Ensure compliance with Warehouse SOPs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or any related business course.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Understanding of inventory management processes.
  • Understanding of financial controls and risk management principles.
  • Knowledgeable in SAP system.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships across departments.
  • High level of integrity and adherence to confidentiality.
