Job Summary

The Inventory & Logistics Manager will manage all aspects of inventory control and logistics operations, ensuring accurate stock levels, timely product movement, and efficient coordination between warehouse, purchasing, and delivery teams. This role ensures accurate inventory levels, efficient logistics coordination, and timely order fulfillment to support customer satisfaction and overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities Inventory Management

● Oversee daily inventory operations in the warehouse and showrooms.

● Develop and implement inventory control procedures to maintain accuracy and minimize item damage.

● Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts, and reconciliations.

● Manage product returns, damages, and refurbishments efficiently.

● Utilize ERP system to monitor real-time inventory and generate reports.

● Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to forecast demand and optimize space utilization. Logistics

● Plan, coordinate, and manage inbound and outbound logistics for deliveries.

● Optimize transportation routes and schedules to reduce costs and improve delivery performance.

● Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, safety standards, and company policies.

● Track shipments and resolve any delivery or logistics issues promptly. Warehouse Operations

● Supervise warehouse staff, ensuring efficient packing, and dispatching processes.

● Implement lean warehousing practices to maximize space utilization and productivity.

● Ensure proper handling and storage of items to prevent damage. Reporting & Analysis

● Generate and analyze reports on inventory turnover, delivery performance, and logistics costs.

● Identify process improvement opportunities and implement data-driven solutions.

● Support budget planning and cost-control initiatives within the operations department.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

● Minimum 5 years of experience in inventory and logistics management, preferably in the furniture, retail, or distribution industry.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php40, Php50,000.00 per month
