Your impact

We have an exciting opportunity to join the Geospatial Solutions team as a Geospatial Consultant who will provide GIS support and expertise to the Philippines Geospatial Solutions Team. The role will include performing simple to complex GIS operations in various software and platforms from Esri, Microsoft, and Safe Software.

You will undertake and contribute to digital projects and in doing so you will demonstrate your ability in

• Demonstrating in-depth knowledge and experience in GIS operations using ArcGIS Pro, FME Workbench, ArcGIS Enterprise, and out-of-the-box Esri applications and products
• Using and developing best-practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve GIS products
• Solving complex GIS problems; taking a new perspective using existing solutions
• Working independently in projects, while receiving minimal guidance
• Acting as a resource for colleagues with less experience and knowledge, and aid in developing Junior teammates' skills
• Potentially leading projects or project steps within broader projects, and have accountability for ongoing activities or objectives
• Using a range of programming technologies (Phyton, R, Arcade, TSQL etc) would be desirable
• Communicate with project manager on tasks completion and work pipeline
• Supporting projects throughout various stages data collection, data management & automation, spatial analysis, and visualization

You will assist in building client relationships through your high-quality delivery and client engagement skills. You are a creative thinker and come up with innovative solutions to complex problems. You stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in software development, attending conferences, workshops, and other events to learn about new technologies and best practices. This would require a curiosity and passion for innovation, as well as a willingness to learn and experiment with new approaches to geospatial and digital solutions

Here's what you'll need

• Knowledge and experience in GIS operations using ArcGIS Pro, FME Workbench, ArcGIS Enterprise, and out-of-the-box Esri applications and products
• Knowledge in using a range of programming technologies (Phyton, R, Arcade, TSQL etc) would be desirable.
• Knowledge of data management, database administration, and developing spatial systems is required
• Experience in programming and/or application development is desirable for this role.
