Job description

Responsibilities

  1. Plan ESG activities in coordination with HRD, Marketing, and other relevant teams.

  2. Support the creation of ESG awareness materials and internal communications to promote employee engagement.

  3. Collect, consolidate, and manage data related to participation, feedback, and engagement.

  4. Track progress of internal and external ESG projects using monitoring tools or spreadsheets.

  5. Validate ESG project relevance using UN-SDG alignment criteria.

  6. Document ESG efforts through photos, reports, and summary write-ups.

  7. Prepare reports with accurate, up-to-date information for quarterly and annual reviews.

  8. Ensure all reporting deadlines are met by tracking schedules and following up as needed.

  9. Attend ESG-related trainings and apply new ideas or practices to enhance initiatives.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. Strong interest in environmental sustainability, social impact, and governance practices.
  3. Good organizational and communication skills, with an ability to present complex ESG topics clearly.
  4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
  5. Demonstrates passion for sustainability, social responsibility, and ethical business practices.
  6. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment
