We are looking for a qualified sales associate to join our team who will be responsible for all sales activities and for dealing with all customers questions regarding our products and services.

Job Qualifications:

  • Must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
  • Have at least 5 years of relevant work experience, ideally in the lighting or home furnishing industry
  • Have a passion for selling and getting the best for our customers
  • Highly interested in home furnishing and interiors
  • Have good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Have a strong sense of customer service
  • Proficient in MS Office such as Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
  • Must be willing to work in Brgy. Oranbo, Pasig City
  • Must be willing to work during mall hours

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in a friendly and professional manner by addressing their needs, offering suggestions, providing product information, etc.
  • Answer customers' queries online through emails and social media platforms
  • Prepare quotations and invoices for customers
  • Handle cash register and credit card payments
  • Assist in recording daily orders in-store and online
  • Collaborate with service and warehouse team in scheduling deliveries and installation job orders
  • Keep the store clean and orderly and arrange product displays and signages
