Your Role:

An Account Executive makes a difference in people's lives by helping clients protect what matters most: their health, family, hopes, and dreams for the future.


The work you will do:
  • Cultivate a thriving network of prospective clients, creating exciting opportunities for appointments and business growth.
  • Showcase your communication skills by connecting with potential clients and engaging in meaningful conversations, building lasting relationships along the way.
  • Develop essential planning and organizational abilities through strategic area planning and targeted outreach efforts.
  • Hone your negotiation and persuasion techniques while presenting compelling business cases (Individual/group plans or HMO) and guiding clients through the sales process.
  • Contribute to the company's overall success by ensuring accurate and timely documentation and supporting the underwriting team.
  • Dive into the world of marketing, actively seeking out new business possibilities and creative growth opportunities.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or any related field
  • Good communication skills (whether online or in-person)
  • People-oriented and assertive Individuals: preferably with a network of potential clients
  • Enthusiastic to learn
  • Self-driven and inspired by ambition
  • Passion to help Individuals and Families to lead a secure and worry-free life
