Job Purpose:
As the Tutor Securing Section Manager (HR Manager), you will oversee tutor recruitment, scheduling, and allocation to meet student demand. You'll lead a team in ensuring efficient tutor deployment, improve lesson quality, and maintain high student satisfaction through strategic planning and data-driven decision-making.
Key Duties:
Tutor Rectuitment - Ensure a steady supply of qualified home-based tutors by overseeing recruitment processes, improving acquisition strategies, aligning with demand forecasts, and collaborating with the recruitment team. Monitor funnel metrics and analyze KPIs to enhance efficiency and conversion rates.
Tutor Engagement - Manage and support home-based tutors to ensure effective lesson delivery. Oversee support processes, coordinate with the Tutor Engagement team, address tutor concerns, and align availability with student demand. Promote tutor satisfaction and retention, while analyzing KPIs and engagement trends to improve performance.
Leadership Management - Mentor tutor securing managers to align team goals with company objectives. Communicate directives from top management, foster cross-department collaboration, recommend process improvements, and uphold SOPs while promoting accountability and excellence.
Experience
- At least 5 years in ESL operations, tutor management, or workforce deployment
- 2+ years in a leadership role
- Well-versed in HR and general operations management
- Strong background in people management
Knowledge
- Advanced in data gathering and analysis
- Skilled in managing and developing people
- Critical thinker with a focus on improving team performance
- Strong understanding of online ESL platforms, scheduling systems, and tutor lifecycle processes
Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, Docs, etc.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL is a plus
Abilities
- Able to turn strategies into actionable results
- Experienced in operational analysis, workforce planning, and process improvement
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication
- Service-oriented with a results-driven mindset
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php60, Php120,000.00 per month
