ABOUT THE ROLE
Join our client, an innovative IT solutions provider for schools, offering ERP and SIS platforms that transform education management. As an Implementation and Support Associate, you'll be the go-to person after the sales process, ensuring smooth system usage, training end-users (school personnel, teachers, students), and diagnosing issues with the support of your counterpart in India.

Graduate of BS Computer Science or related courses
