We are seeking a talented and dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in Pampanga Central Luzon. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality support and solving complex issues for our premium IT clients. What you'll be doing

  1. Serving as the primary point of contact for our premium IT clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency
  2. Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, providing step-by-step guidance and solutions
  3. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records to ensure seamless service delivery
  4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve issues promptly
  5. Continuously improving customer satisfaction by identifying and implementing process improvements
  6. Providing feedback and insights to the product development team to enhance our services

What we're looking for

  1. College/associate's degree in information technology or bachelor's degree in any related field - Accept atleast 2 yrs college undergrad of any IT related course
  2. Minimum of 1 yr experience in a technical support environment or similar role (not Telco exp) Hardware/Software Tech support
  3. Additional certification/training in a technical field is preferred.

Technical Skills:

  1. Experience in Windows and Apple Operating Systems and basic Active Directory (AD)/Group Policy Object (GPO) management Typing 35 WPM
  2. Strong knowledge of various OS and software such as Windows 10, MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Access & Project)
  3. CEFR - B1 WriteX - B2 | Tech Assessment
