  • Collaborate with regulatory, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Ensure compliance with ethical marketing and pharmaceutical regulations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales and marketing, with 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong background in ethical or consumer pharma marketing is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in sales analysis and strategic planning.
  • Results-oriented, organized, and able to work under minimal supervision.
  • Willing to travel for fieldwork, client visits, and business events.
