HR OFFICER - ADMINISTRATIVE AND PAYROLL
Salary: starts at ₱35,000.00/month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Employment Type: Full-time
About the Role: we are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented HR Administrative and Payroll Officer to support the company's payroll, timekeeping, and HR records management functions. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role responsible for the accurate and timely completion of assigned HR administrative and payroll tasks, in accordance with company policies and standards.
What You'll Do:
- Perform hands-on processing and execution of assigned HR administrative and payroll tasks.
- Process and consolidate timekeeping, attendance, leave, overtime, and other payroll inputs.
- Prepare payroll data and supporting documents for review and approval.
- Assist in payroll processing and monitoring of government-mandated benefits.
- Maintain and update employee 201 files and HR records with strict confidentiality.
- Coordinate with sites and departments to validate data and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare and submit accurate HR and payroll reports within company timelines.
- Provide administrative and documentation support for employee relations cases, as directed by the HR Manager for Admin and Payroll.
- Perform other HR administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Preferably graduate of Human Resource Management, Psychology or a related course.
- Minimum of three (3) years of work experience in timekeeping, payroll processing, and government mandated benefits.
- Minimum two (2) years of work experience in records management
- Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
- Construction industry experience is an advantage.
