Job Description
As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the go-to expert for users navigating our recording platform, ensuring a seamless experience via chat and email. You'll also uphold high standards by performing quality checks, keeping every piece of content sharp and on point.

The Qualifications We Seek
- With 1 to 3 years of proven experience as a sound/audio engineer
- Experience with sound editing and recording equipment (e.g. mixing consoles)
- Working knowledge of recording software (DAW) and hardware (e.g. Pro Tools)
- Tech-savvy and solution-oriented
- Enjoys the puzzle of solving open-ended problems
- Quick learner and loves it
- Enjoy helping people
