Senior Revenue Fraud Management Operations Associate

The Senior Revenue Fraud Management Operations Associate will perform assigned tasks and ensure efficient detection processes from Fraud Management Systems and manual fraud escalations. They will be directly reporting to the Revenue Fraud Operations Manager.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing fraud patterns and behaviors
  • Monitoring real time queues and identifying high risk transactions
  • Maintaining fraud analysis models to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of fraud systems
  • Identifying system improvements to prevent fraudulent activities
  • Fraud Complaints Handling endorsed by Customer Service
  • Monthly Fraud Analytics, Forecasting and Reporting

Ad hoc responsibilities such as:

  • Fraud Intelligence, Evidence Gathering and Case Build-Up
  • Background Investigation (Corporate Applications and Field Inspection)
  • Special Case Investigation (Computer Crimes/Internet Fraud/Internal Fraud etc.)
  • Liaison with Internal/External Security, Legal Partners and Law Enforcement Agencies

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree holder, preferably in IT or Statistics
  • At least 3 years of experience in similar roles
  • Experienced in the following software: Microsoft 365 (Teams, Word, OneNote) CRM, Fraud Management System, BI Tools, FortiToken Apps
  • Amenable to work 100% onsite in BGC, Taguig
