Job Purpose:

Lead end-to-end management of Pickup and Delivery (PUD) operations to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and high-quality standards. Drive operational excellence and client satisfaction, while maintaining strategic alignment across national operations.

Ensure seamless collaboration with Gateway Operations, Operation Support Groups, and other departments to achieve exceptional service delivery and organizational goals.

• Drive operational efficiency and resource optimization in Pickup and Delivery.


• Ensure compliance with quality and performance standards.


• Enhance client satisfaction through a consistent and reliable delivery service.


• Foster cross-functional collaboration to achieve strategic goals.


• Develop and implement frameworks for continuous improvement in operations.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities


• Manage and allocate resources effectively, optimizing team performance to meet operational goals and client expectations.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients, ensuring that service delivery meets and exceeds expectations.


• Implement quality control processes to uphold the highest standards in pickup and delivery services.


• Drive compliance with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure and enhance operational performance and productivity.


• Work closely with Gateway Operations, Operation Support Groups, and other departments to ensure cohesive and seamless execution of PUD plans.


• Lead, mentor, and develop the PUD team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.


• Identify potential risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.


• Define and drive the strategic direction of PUD operations, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and long-term objectives.
