QUALIFICATIONS

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/ College Degree in Food Technology, or any Technical Course graduate.
  • At least 1 year experience in a Food Manufacturing Industry or related field. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Proactive with good communication skills both written and oral. Hardworking and people oriented.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  1. Performs in line process monitoring and ensures effective and continuous adherence of all raw materials as well as operation procedures to safety and quality requirements and standards.
  2. Performs technical functions required by the operation, which include chemical testing, sensory evaluation, raw materials acceptance and finished goods sampling evaluation.
  3. Ensures proper documentation of all monitoring procedures.
  4. Maintain and improve product quality through regular in line monitoring and documentation.
  5. Recommend and provide solutions to problems with regards to quality and in line process.
  6. Approves the release of finished goods after holding time.
  7. Assist specification and written procedure
