What You'll Do
  • Handle cashiering/POS: ring up sales, issue receipts, and reconcile end-of-day.
  • Manage Noir's social media accounts (IG/TikTok/FB): post content, reply to DMs, boost engagement.
  • Create daily content: short videos, photos, captions.
  • Manage online marketplaces: TikTok Shop / Shopee / Lazada listings, pricing, and promos.
  • Track inventory basics: stock counts, low-stock alerts, restocks.
  • Coordinate influencers/UGC: send briefs, track codes, repost content.
  • Assist in live selling and in-store events/pop-ups.
  • Report simple weekly KPIs: posts made, response time, sales, returns.
  • Take initiative to complete daily tasks without micromanagement.

Must-Haves
  • Experience in cashiering or POS systems.
  • Hands-on with IG/TikTok + basic editing (CapCut or similar).
  • Strong social media management skills: posting, responding to messages, and growing reach.
  • Must have a laptop for content editing, listings, and reports.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to work independently without step-by-step instructions.
  • Comfortable with both store operations and online selling.

Nice-to-Have (Plus Points)
  • Live selling hosting or on-cam confidence.
  • Basic ads knowledge (Boosts, TikTok promote) or influencer outreach.
  • Motorcycle/commute-friendly for quick courier drop-offs (optional).

You'll Be Measured On
  • Posting consistency & content quality (daily/weekly targets).
  • Average DM response time & customer satisfaction.
  • Order processing SLA (same-day/next-day fulfillment accuracy).
  • Growth of followers and conversion from content to sales.
