Strategic Planning and Market Development

  • Conducts market research to identify opportunities for new programs, academic collaborations, or community partnerships.
  • Analyzes educational trends, enrollment data, and competitor offerings to recommend strategic directions.
  • Develops business proposals and feasibility studies for new academic or training programs.

Partnership and Linkages

  • Initiates and maintains partnerships with local and international institutions, industries, LGUs, and NGOs.
  • Coordinates the implementation of MOAs/MOUs and ensures compliance with agreed deliverables.
  • Represents the College in external meetings, fairs, and conferences related to academic and institutional partnerships.

Promotion and Student Recruitment

  • Supports student recruitment campaigns and ensures alignment with marketing and admissions goals.
  • Develops creative strategies to promote academic programs and institutional branding.
  • Coordinates with the HR, Academic Deans, and Marketing teams for promotional materials.

Project Development and Implementation

  • Conceptualizes and manages special projects related to institutional growth (e.g., extension programs, continuing education, review centers, or short-term certifications).
  • Prepares proposals, cost estimates, and monitoring reports for business development initiatives.
  • Coordinates cross-departmental activities to ensure successful implementation of approved projects.

Reporting and Documentation

  • Prepares regular reports on partnership performance, project outcomes, and institutional development metrics.
  • Maintains accurate documentation of partnerships, linkages, and ongoing projects for audit and accreditation purposes.
  • Performs other related tasks assigned by top management in support of institutional objectives and ISO documentation.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education Management, or related field.
  • Master's degree is an advantage.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant experience in business development, institutional linkages, or marketing (preferably in an educational setting).
  • Strong background in proposal writing, partnership coordination, and project management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, data analytics, and presentation tools.

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
