RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work within a multi-discipline team to develop efficient and reliable design deliverable.
  • Coordinate design activities with other disciplines (Electrical Primary, Protection & Controls, and Civil Structural).
  • Communicates effectively with client to facilitate coordination of design and construction activities. This includes attending technical meetings with client to resolve technical issues. Any deemed duties considered necessarily to project execution with regards to engineering design.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Can speak in English and has good written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficient in the use of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
  • Thorough knowledge of the following codes, National Electrical Safety Code (NESC), National Electrical Code (NEC), Institute for Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), American National Standards Institute (ANSI), International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC). Willing to learn client standards, practices, and procedures to ensure that work produced conforms to the client's standards and expectations.
  • Ability to develop and review a complete set of construction documents (layouts, elevations, details, grounding plans and details, trench and conduit plans and details, single line diagrams, C&P deliverable etc.) based upon project/client specification with little or no supervision.
  • Broad understanding of engineering design for substations.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and develop strong internal and external relationships.
  • Excellent time management and organization skills, ability to multi task. Ability to perform tasks in a fast-paced engineering/production environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
