Human Resource Supervisor

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Learning and Development:
- Design, implement, and supervise training programs that enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance.
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and learning priorities across the organization.
- Coordinate and facilitate workshops, seminars, and e-learning modules.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
- Support leadership development initiatives and succession planning efforts.
- Manage learning management systems (LMS) and related technology platforms.
Talent Acquisition:
- Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates to fill open positions across departments.
- Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to attract high-quality talent.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job specifications.
- Maintain and improve relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and other sourcing platforms.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and prepare regular reports on hiring activities.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies during recruitment and onboarding.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in talent acquisition and learning & development.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, employment laws, and training methodologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to analyze HR metrics and apply data-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency with HRIS and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
