Senior Sales Associate - Technology
to support global business development efforts and contribute to our growth in the U.S., Asia, and Australia.
This role
is perfect for someone who is confident in engaging with international clients, has a strong understanding of IT services, and can manage sales outreach, lead qualification, and pre-sales coordination in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Execution & Lead Generation
- Close deals, manage the sales pipeline, and meet revenue targets.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management using CRM tools (e.g., MS Dynamics, Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Present solutions, tailor demos to client needs, explain technical value.
- Engage in proactive outreach to key decision-makers through professional channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media, to establish meaningful connections and foster productive discussions.
Client Relationship Management
- Build trust, maintain long-term client relationships, handle renewals and upsells.
- Conduct consultative sales meetings to understand client needs.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Market Analysis & Positioning
- Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activity.
- Analyze market data to inform sales tactics and positioning.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams to align solutions.
- Provide feedback from clients to help shape product development and messaging.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and support.
Leadership & Mentorship
- Mentor and support junior sales associates.
- Share best practices and contribute to team development.
- Help foster a high-performance, collaborative sales culture.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in
Business Management, Marketing, Information Technology
, or related field. - 3-5 years of demonstrated experience
in sales, lead generation, or account management, preferably in the
BPO, SaaS, or IT sectors within an international environment. - Familiarity with IT services, managed service providers (MSPs), or tools like
Splunk
,
ServiceNow
, or
cybersecurity platforms
is a plus. - Excellent written and verbal
English communication skills. - Proficient with LinkedIn, email outreach tools, and CRM platforms.
