About the role

This is a full-time Senior Accounting Associate position within the Finance and Admin Department at Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions', based in Davao City, Davao del Sur. In this role, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial and accounting support to the business, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

What you'll be doing

  1. Preparing and reviewing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow reports
  2. Ensuring all accounting records are accurately maintained and reconciled
  3. Conducting financial analysis and providing insights to support decision-making
  4. Assisting with the implementation of financial policies and procedures
  5. Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, to provide financial information and support
  6. Participating in special projects and initiatives as required

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
  2. • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or related field


• With more than 2 years of relevant accounting experience


• Strong knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and Generally Accepted

Accounting Principles (GAAP).


• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, or equivalent) and MS Excel


• Strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, and ability to streamline and document processes


• Good leadership skills


• Good communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with internal departments


• Ability to document accounting policies and procedures and recommend process improvements


• Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities
