As a Sales Account Executive, you'll be responsible for managing existing customer accounts, nurturing leads, and developing new business within your assigned territory or market segment. This role requires a proactive, consultative sales approach and the ability to collaborate with internal teams (estimating, engineering, production) to deliver custom solutions that meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, distributors, architects, and end users
  • Identify new business opportunities and manage full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
  • Present technical product information and solutions tailored to customer requirements
  • Provide quotes, pricing, and product specifications with support from estimating team
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules in line with company guidelines
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, or jobsite meetings as needed
  • Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline activity in CRM system
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Coordinate with project managers and internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any four (4) year course
  • At least minimum of one (1) year experience as Sales Executive ( preferably in a construction industry.)
  • Articulate, good analytical, problem solving, negotiation, relationship building
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Customer oriented, innovative, committed to work, team player, adaptable to change, honest, dependable
  • Computer literate, knowledge in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power point.
  • four wheel driving skills is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php21,000.00 per month
